Avoid Archiving Those World Cup Sweepstake Emails!

Football is one of the most popular sports in the UK, and with England travelling to the World Cup, discussion is rife about who Roy will pick in his first XI against Italy, whether Rooney will play and if the ‘kids’ are good enough to start. These sorts of emails will most likely have been doing the rounds in your organisation recently, amongst the sweepstakes and fantasy team emails that usually go along with sporting events like the World Cup.

This is all great fun around the build up to the World Cup, but if you have an Email Archiving system in place, you will be archiving all of these emails which have zero business value, filling up your local storage and costing you money in the process.
