Mailsafe’s Email Exclusion feature can help your organisation avoid archiving these emails which have zero business value by simply adding a rule which stops all emails with ‘World Cup’ (or any words you choose) in the subject title from being archived.
The Email Exclusion feature also offers the Exchange Administrator the option to exclude the domain (e.g ‘@linkedin.com’), file type (e.g. .mp4, .exe etc.) and full email address (e.g. joe.bloggs@techne-comm.co.uk).
Here at Techne-Comm we understand that you may not want to archive every email that’s sent and received by your business, so the Email Exclusion feature is there to allow the Exchange Administrator to have more control over the archive.
