Automatic Email Archiving can reduce user Mailbox sizes by an average
of 60-70% when it is configured to ‘sweep up’ emails to the ‘on site’
email archive that are older than 3 months. A copy of the email will be
archived and the email in the user’s Mailbox will be ‘hard deleted’,
ensuring a lean Exchange infrastructure and increased storage savings
per Mailbox. All archived emails will still be accessible to the user
from Outlook via Mailsafe’s enhanced search facilities.
